Touchstone Residential Treatment Program
Touchstone is Aspire’s 28-bed residential treatment program for adults age 18 and older. It serves individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Co-occurring means an individual is experiencing both conditions at the same time.
The program provides a safe, structured setting with support available 24 hours a day. Men and women live in separate units, and each individual receives care based on their needs, strengths, and recovery goals.
Individuals live on-site and take part in a recovery program that may last up to 12 months. During their stay, they build the skills, habits, and support needed to maintain sobriety, manage their mental health, and prepare for life after treatment.
Program Services May Include:
Education about substance use and relapse prevention
- Treatment and support for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Group therapy focused on recovery and personal growth
- Life skills and healthy coping strategies
- Meditation and reflection activities that support emotional wellness
- Peer support and meaningful connections with other residents
- Support with preparing for employment and community life
Success at Touchstone is often measured one day at a time. For many individuals, progress begins with maintaining sobriety, improving mental wellness, rebuilding confidence, and creating a stable foundation for life after treatment.
