Strive Program

Striving Toward Recovery Individually, Vigilantly, Excellently (STRIVE) is Aspire’s structured substance use recovery program. It supports individuals who need help overcoming addiction and building a strong foundation for long-term recovery.

The program follows a three-phase model and requires a commitment of at least six months. This allows STRIVE to meet individuals where they are and support steady progress toward recovery and independence.

STRIVE uses evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. Services are based on each individual’s needs and recognize how life experiences can affect recovery.

Program Services Include:

  • Early recovery skills and relapse prevention
  • Group counseling using motivational interviewing
  • Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), which focuses on personal responsibility and decision-making
  • Peer support and 12-step programs
  • Support from peers with lived recovery experience
  • Planning for long-term recovery and connections to community resources

Success in STRIVE may include personal growth, greater stability, and stronger recovery skills. Individuals build the tools, insight, and motivation needed to maintain sobriety and create healthier lives.
