Community Residential Rehabilitation III (Journey III)
Journey III, also known as Community Residential Rehabilitation III (CRR III), provides semi-independent residential support for individuals who are ready to build greater independence. The program offers ongoing guidance while helping individuals strengthen recovery, maintain stability, and stay active in their communities.
Individuals live in supervised two-bedroom apartments. This setting allows them to practice daily living skills while still receiving the structure and support needed for success.
Each individual receives a service plan based on personal needs, strengths, and goals. Aspire staff work with each individual to build confidence, support progress, and prepare for more independent living.
Program Services Include:
- Personal care, cooking, and household responsibilities
- Medication management, wellness, and health and safety skills
- Budgeting and skills that support housing stability
- Goal setting, decision-making, and personal growth
- Social, recreational, employment, and community activities
- Transportation to services and appointments
Individuals also receive ongoing residential support and take part in Good Life Peer services. These services help individuals manage their mental health, build relationships, and handle daily responsibilities.
Each individual also has a behavioral support plan that may be updated as needs and progress change. The program encourages personal choice, self-direction, and the development of natural support systems.
Success in Journey III may include greater independence, stable housing, and meaningful involvement in the community. The program helps individuals prepare for fully independent living with confidence and continued support.
